1.) When we receive your order, it is checked in our order department, the sending label is created and, depending on the model, forwarded to the corresponding designer in his own studio. The designer will then conjure up his creative design on the ordered shoe with a lot of dedication and attention to detail.

2.) Quality Guarantee: So that you can enjoy your shoe in any weather, we hand-coat the design with a specially developed varnish that preserves the luminosity of the colors and ensures a long shelf life.

3.) Final inspection: After the designer has finished his work, the shoe is handed over to our quality assurance department. There it is thoroughly checked again and only after this approval the sneaker is prepared for shipping.

4.)Shipping – and off we go: In the department for logistics and shipping, we pack your shoe with a large portion of love, among other things. Once the package has been accepted by DHL, you can expect it to be delivered to you in about 2-5 business days. You can check your shipment status by email at any time.

5) Story-time: When the time has come and the shipment has arrived, the well-being of the shoe is in your hands from now on. Please take good care of your new darling.
