This is how your sneakers are made

With attention to detail

  • Preparation

    Once your order has been received, your shoe will be assigned to the responsible shoe designer in his studio. This prepares the sneaker for the next steps.

  • Apply color

    In our color models, the shoe is painted by hand. The designer applies several layers of waterproof paint to ensure very good durability. Finally, the paint is protected from external influences by applying an additional protective varnish.

  • Refinement

    Our sewing models are processed by a qualified shoe designer with the highest quality and precision.

  • Final check

    As soon as your sneakers have been customized, an additional quality check takes place. Only when the shoe meets our quality standards will it be passed on to the shipping department.

  • Shipment

    Now we pack your new sneakers with a lot of dedication. You will also receive a DHL tracking number from us so that you can track your sneakers to your home.

The processing time for your customized sneakers is usually 1-3 weeks. After completion, shipping within Germany takes place in 2-3 days.

Since all sneakers are made specifically for you, changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.

Yes, if your sneakers are damaged, we offer a one-time, free repair. This service applies to damages that fall under normal use.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €75. Below this amount standard shipping costs apply.

Unfortunately, because all of our sneakers are custom-made, we cannot accept returns. If there are any quality defects, please contact us for a solution.
